Our bases resist running, creasing, and smearing. Our makeup will not wear off, it will not budge until you wash it off. They hold tightly to the skin because they are comprised of a variety of particles that cling together and create a surface tension that overcome gravity. Our minerals are all hypoallergenic and dermatologist tested. The entire line has been through safety, allergy, and clinical tests to confirms the products are non irritating. They are not formulated with FD&C dyes, chemical preservatives like paraben's or fragrance. They do not contain fillers or talc's.
Iredale is not only foundation and makeup, it is your skin care. The minerals are you foundation, concealer, powder, and sunscreen all in one. The sunscreen is UVA and UVB protective. The powder SPF of 20, is physical, not chemical. This means that our powders begin their protection immediately and do not absorb into the skin. They withstand 80 minutes in moving water and also maintain their SPF rating!
